A Name, A Trust, A Light

Every part of who we are carries meaning. Our names are not decoration — they are a promise to the children we serve and to the One who entrusted them to us.

The Trust
Every child is an amaanah from Allah ﷺ — a sacred trust we are responsible to protect.

Al-Madrasatu An-Nuriyyah — "The School of Light" — was founded in 2020 with a simple conviction: that raising a Muslim child is one of the greatest amaanahs (trusts) a community can be given. The name AMAN means peace and safety, and that is exactly what we set out to build — a place where children are safe to learn, to question, and to grow.

From that same foundation grew The Amaanah — our youth mentorship programs for older students. As our students matured, we saw the need to keep walking with them: to protect the trust through the harder teenage years, when faith, identity, and character are truly tested.

Whether a six-year-old learning their first letters or a teenager finding their footing, the mission is one and the same: to take the light of revelation and help the next generation carry it — into their homes, their families, and the world.

Learning & Fun

More Than a Classroom — A Place Kids Love

We believe a child who enjoys coming to school learns better and stays connected to their deen. That's why AMAN has a dedicated game room where students unwind during breaks — building friendships, burning energy, and making the weekend something they look forward to.
